I am a Canadian citizen and my wife is a permanent resident since 2002 after living in Canada for two and half years we moved to Israel now we want to move back to Canada and her PR card is expiring in June 2008 so to move back to Canada do we have to do something?

No, as long as your wife returns before the PR card expires. If it expires she will have to get a facilitation visa. see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp
