You cannot work legally on a visitor's visa. You must have a work permit.
You need to find an employer that wants to hire you and has a LMO (or will apply to get a LMO). After you get the LMO and a job offer/contract, you need to apply to your home country's visa office. You cannot apply inside Canada as a visitor for your first work permit.
