My Permanent Resident Card was not process because of the wrong specification of the picture. I send a corrected one today and may I know how long would I receive my PR card. I need my PR card very badly because I need to go back to Canada asap. If I apply for travel document, it will take more than a month. Can I use my Confirmation of Permanent Residence if I use my friends car in crossing the border? Thank you very much.
