Hi.. my account has got required fund... But I have got a hefty loan.. So is it oki if I get a gift deed from my parent with the amount of money to pay back the loan.. so my account will have required fund for express entry + gift amount to pay back the loan... would that be okay ? And would a huge account balance create any issues ? Please advice.

It would be okay, if you get a gift deed certificate and explain the same in the LOE.
