NEED help with IMM 5669 form please soon

Hi

I am trying to fill IMM 5669 form to sponsor my parents.

Question # 3 personal details of parents

I cannot enter my parents' father / mother date of birth year (1887 and 1898 respectively) its stating it should be equal to greater than 1900

I am unable to validate the form when i enter their birth year .

How do I do this please?

Why are you entering your parents parents' date of birth?

I can't off the top of my head remember what Imm5669 is but that seems wrong.

(Section # 3 in that form is asking for date of birth for applicants' parents which in this case is my grandparents)
I am sponsoring my parents so they are the principal applicants
