I have enduring power of attorney to a lady who is dying of cancer. She is incapacitated. Her sister and nephew want to visit her before she dies. They need a letter of invitation. Can I send them a letter of invitation on behalf of the dying person? And what are my obligations if any. Thank you.

Yes, you can.

Fully state in the invitation letter the reason why you are writing it. Attach evidence of the cancer treatment, a doctor's statement of her inability to write it herself and the power of attorney document.
