I want to apply in Automotive Technology for 2 or 3 years programe.

You need to go through all the university official websites, and check individually for yourself..if any Engineering department may offer an Automotive option. No one can give you a detailed list, and you need to do some hard work, and little research to find out degree of your choice.
To help you start, here's the list of all the recognized Universities(along with colleges) listed as per province. Go through all the university websites(by google-ing), and try to find an appropriate programme.
