confused and worried with rejections from universities

hey guys i need your help. I applied for 4 universities for M. Eng. program. For 3 universities it is m. eng in Mechanical engineering, universities being University of manitoba, carleton university and university of western ontario. And the 4th one is UOIT for m. eng. in automotive engineering.
I have received rejection from carleton and western ontario . I wanted to know about my chance for UOIT? And should i apply for UNiversity of Ottawa now, if i have any chance there?

they just said due to high number of applicants and the competitive nature of the program, they had to reject.
