need help regarding my visa status.

my visa status changed today as :

"Processed Passport received at Delhi AC on 05/07/2011. Following documents are required for collection of the Passport:

Original Invoice cum Receipt
Passport copy"
Note: Should you wish to get your passport collected by your representative, you are required to handover a authority letter duly signed by you along with a photo Identity proof of your representative(i.e. Driving license, Passport, or PAN card).

can somebody tell me what does this mean ?

seems pretty self-explanatory and not an education issue.

it said, take the following document for collection of your passport:
1) Original Invoice / Receipt of the visa application;
2) your photocopy of your passport

If you cannot come in person, you are required to write an authorisation letter duly signed by you along with a photo identity proof (i.e. driving license, passport or PAN card) of your representative, so that your passport can be collected by your representative.

okay, does that mean unless i collect my passport i cant decide whether my visa is accepted or rejected..?

No, you can't decide whether your visa is accepted or rejection. Decision is made by the visa office.

You won't know the result unless you collect your passport.
