All I remember now is, it should contain your employment period, yearly salary, job responsibilities, designation. I can only confirm this when I'll reach home today. Must be on company's letter head and it should contain the current phone number and address of the organization. They will contact them for back gorund check.
Should I copy and paste the content for Job responsibilities etc and ask them to draf the top of the document to write things abgt salary/designation duration etc?
OR
the reference letter will simply say
Pankaj was associated with the organization for this period xxx to xx as Designation one and and then xxx to xxx on designation2 with the job respobsibilities and benifits as detailed in his attested copies of original appointment letters and experience letters.
and i will ask them to attach the attested stamped copies of my original documents.
I have asked employer to give me a letter specifying
1.) Designation
2.) Duration
3.) Salary
4.) Roles and responsibilities.
I have also given them the NOC code R&R and requested them to consider the wording in this R&R. Since my Job R&R are same as that of mentioned in NOC code it was not a problem to get a letter issues by the current and past employers

The roles and responsibilites are as per my job profile in my organization and it is in line with 0213 requirements. This leeter is issued on the Company's letter head and has company's seal. Also I have a visitng card of the under signed

Jan 2005 to May 2006
Sep 2006 to Aug 2008 NOC Code 021,3 During second term (Sep 2006 to Aug 2008) I also got one promotion.
They asked me to draf a reference letter what i want. So My Question is should I copy and past the job responsibilities as in my original Experience Letter and these are in line with NOC Code 0213?
So this experience letter will contain three parts
first duration Designation1
second duration Designation1
second duration Designation2
It that OK to draft the reference letter like this?
Duration 1 and designation1 and R&R
Duration 2 and designation 1 and R&R
Duration 3 and designation 2 and R&R
I have done this in my case this way
For me I had Designation 1 and Designation 2 and both had same R&R
So I have Designation 1 and 2 listed in letter and one R&R
Also I had designation 1 and was posted in US and it had different R&R so I have a letter from US office saying
Duration, designation 1 and R&R
