hi everyone.

I want to apply for the quebec skilled worker visa plan.I am learning french and ielts now.Following are my credentials:

senior Secondary education ( Science with Maths)
B.Tech in Computer Science ( 4 years regular)
1 year work experience

+ I have sufficient funds too.

Can anyone help me in sum up my total scores for the visa. I am going to appear in the ielts exam in feb. But i am confused if the DELF ( french exam) is necessary in my case or not?
