i was filling a forms (Application to sponsor) to sponsor my wife.
I got struck on following que

Que 6 for sponsoreligibility.

Have you submitted a previous application in respect of which a final decision hasnot been made for the person being sponsored and their family members?

I found one note before this que saying that if i mark yes for this, then i am not eligible to sponsor my wife.

yes what can be the answer for this que, If i mention yes they saying that i cant sponsor another person and if i am filling no for this then i will be wrong because i already sponsor my brother in Provience nominee program

Read it again, paying attention to the bolded section. They are asking if you have submitted a previous application for your wife that has not yet been decided on. Nothing to do with anyone else that you've sponsored before.

I'll spell it out for you one more time. Hint: focus on the bold red text.

That question is asking if the sponsor has already submitted an application for the PERSON BEING SPONSORED IN >THIS< APP. In the case of the OP, it's asking if he has already submitted a sponsorship app for his wife.

It has absolutely nothing to do with previous sponsorships of OTHER PEOPLE.
