Yes you can! All the forms (except for Generic Forms) can be filled out by hand.

Not sure what is the idea behind filling the doc manually (IMM5669E) when it can be done electronically? Nevertheless, not sure how legible is your handwriting, so always better to fill the e-way and go the manual way only for the restricted ones (Travel info).

imm0008_8e.pdf - this form is editable but can not be saved. So computer must be connected to printer to take immediate print
IMM5669E- space given in the form is very limited i.e. I can not accomodate college/school name in 1 field in capital letters
is it mandatory that we need to fill the forms in capital letter( ABC) only or we can use small letters (abc) as well ? Please suggest.
If space given in the form does not suffice, you can always attach additional sheet to accomodate your info.
You can use upper or lower case letters to fill the forms as per your convenience.
