I am currently work in ON, Canada on work permit and recently my wife delivered our baby. My question is will my be able to obtain the below 4 benefits and if so how to do it ?
My health care provider asked to register in ontario website using "4-in-1 Newborn Bundle" . But in the website it stated that "To apply for the child's Social insurance Number/Canada Child Benefits online, you must be a parent of the child and a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident" which i am not. Does it mean that i can only do birth registration and apply for birth certificate alone online now ? Please advise .
