I got a letter asking for collecting my fingerprints and photograph on 10th Dec. I immediately made an appointment with USCIS for biometric collection. The first available appointment was on 24th Dec and I selected that. Now when I reached to USCIS office at the appointment time, it was closed. There was a notice saying that they would contact the people who had an appointment.
As per the IRCC letter, it was asked to provide biometric within 30 days. But I don't think that I would be able to give it within 30 days now. How to inform them? There is no contact info given on the letter. They just ask to go to www.canada.ca/immigration which is confusing.
