Need help asap

hey, I applied for study permit on the 6th of May through SDS category. I was requested my IELTS results through a request letter (7.5 band) even tho I had submitted my IELTS results when I initially applied. They didn’t give the option to upload the IELTS document for some reason so I submitted it through webform which later I got an email saying they received it. I gave my biometrics on the 28th of June and I still haven’t received my BVL even tho it’s been a while. Any idea what’s happening?

I mean most of my friends from the same university have received their BVL and me and a few other kids havent received it yet. I did raise a webform day before so yeah let’s see

What exactly do you need help asap for? What is happening is that your application is still being processed.

Yeah but it’s been 2 weeks since I gave my biometrics and I haven’t even received my BVL yet.
