These programs are open, and have the streams that can add 600 points to your EE, but have different requirements.

All provinces listed above have Provincial Nomination Programs in place. But the more important question is which of those are open to new applicants?

From what I gather, that would be MB, NB, and PEI. SK opens from time to time so be on the look out too

They are all open for applications, even SK, except for job offer exempt categories.

SK express entry and without job offer stream has reached its threshold and is closed for application this year. They had a history of opening it later in the year by surprise, which they already did, so keep an eye on them every day.

I'm going to apply one more for express - entry ( almost 1 year passed) and we have changes in our status ( not students already - just graduated, better English score etc)

I'm just wondering - how to apply in such way in order to be "attractive" for provincial nominee programs???
for us it doesn't almost matter actually to which province to go ( now we are in Ontario),
so any province which gives us offer and 600 points for receiving PR will be very very welcomed!!!

I can't get the rules and schemes how it works - please help!!!
