Hi my case is complicated .. please help

I am an international student graduated from private college (1 year program) applied for work permit which got refused.. and gave 90 days to restore status ..! I applied for visitor in restoration ! Case still pending ! My questions

1) did i do the right thing to apply visitor ? Since i have no interest in doing study afterwards !
2) one employer wants to hire me and ready to give me lmia upfront of noc a category ..should i take it ?
3) if i take the lmia from employer .. can i apply for a work permit inside canada with the help of lmia . ?
4) is there any other best option for me ! Since my aim is to get a pr and i know 1 year of experience is needed and i am a graduate back home !

Yes - applying to restore your status to visitor was your only option. I assume you are no longer working. If by any chance you are still working, you need to stop immediately.

Yes - if you want a work permit, then you need to find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer and also obtain an approved LMIA. Yes - you can apply for the work permit from inside of Canada.
