Hi. Just wanna ask if it’s possible to apply for a work permit supported by LMIA after I have applied for restoration as a possible. If so? Which form shall I fill up ? And do I need to pay a restoration fee again?

What happened is, my work permit extension has been refused due to unavailability of LMIA. So I applied a restoration as a visitor while waiting for the LMIA.
Now, I just recently received an approved LMIA, but bit confused how to apply for the work permit.
