I am a 24 year old lawyer from Pakistan and i have just started working like currently it has been 3 months and i am planing to immigrate to Canada within the next 3 years.I plan on working as a lawyer there and i need to know that which province of Canada is suitable for me to find employment in and whether i have to study for an llm or am i eligible to appear for provincial bar exams as i have received my law degree from university of London or are there any courses that i have to take to be eligible for appearing in the bar exams.i need to know what is the overall process for a lawyer for immigration can someone help in guiding me.
I would think you could use Express Entry. This is at this site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/results-by-topic.asp?top=29 You'll have to study it as all our immigration is self serve.
The greater problem is your degree which is considered only moderately useful here. All our professions are controlled by licencing boards which you must belong to. They also decide the courses you need to take.
