q10, current coutry of residence :

As most of you know I got married last April and been living with my wife in Canada
I've returned back to UK I'm a citizen there as I had to pick up some forms for this PR app

So what should Q10 be for me?

Currently in England to get doc's then back with my wife in a few weeks.


And what address should I put on all forms? Canada / England
I guess it depends on Q10 answer right?

Please help

So should I use my Canada address for all the address on each form

can you explain why Canada? And not England

If your application is 'outland' it doesn't really matter. But the other thing you can do (completely optional) is assign the "sponsor" as an Authorized Representative (only one more form), that way your spouse can call on behalf of your application if the need should EVER arise (you never know), and I understand the toll-free number doesn't work abroad. If you do this, then ALL the addresses are the same - the sponsors. We did this, only so that IF we did have to call... either of us could do so.

If you're coming back to be with your wife then I agree with Wilson - "Canada".
