just started form IMM 0008 - need some help pls.

Q10 Current country of residence.

Since getting married I have lived with my with in Canada - But have headed back to the UK - so now when I send the application I'm in England country of birth.

should I write.. England Citizen and for the " dates " my date of birth to present?

Q12 Previous countries of residence - for then six months

should I select yes and give the dates that I have lived with my wife total 10 months 5 months each

National ID DOC? I'm from the uk don't think we got one should i check no and na on sub questions?

YES - I am assuming you have sponsorship application with outland processing

If it is two different visits, it will be better if you mention them separately

Since you do not have National ID answer is NO
