Need Clarification

Dear All,

I have submitted my full docs to CHC New Delhi.

Right now I am in Canada on a work permit.

May be in another 2-3 months time I should be getting the Medical Test Requst, which I can do it from Toronto itself

Can I submit my Passport by January 2011 and get stamped when I goto India after this assignment. If so what need to be done.

Medicals can be done in Toronto but you would have to either send your passport with some one to the local visa office for stamping as they only give 45-60 days for passport submission.

No. No extension. I already tried.

But if someone is not in the country then how is it possible to submit passport

Rocky,

Sending passport through someone is not leagal for India Passport. Passport holder only needs to carry.

So assuming the scenario will CHC accept and extend the passport submission date alone.
