need advice regarding open work permit after study...

Hiii...

one of my friend just completed her study from one of ontario college n she wants to apply for post graduate open work permit but problem is that her study permit already got expired on april 30th 2012... and when she went her college for graduation letter in order to apply for open work permit...college is saying she have to have the study permit valid in order to apply for open work permit after graduation...pls help...

When exactly she graduated? date?

She can apply for extension in study permit and post-graduation work permit at the same time using only one application form / or online.

She has only 90 days after completing the study program from a participating institute to apply for post-graduation work permit.

she have't got her graduation certificate yet...n hew can she apply for study permit extension n open work permit all together online ???
