Hi

I'm a pr holder living in Ontario.

My brother wants to benefit from this adding 5 points for a relative in Canada when applying for SINP EE.
Will it make a problem in SINP as he has a relative in a different province?

basically he will gain zero points in relatives section. the relative must be living already in Saskatchewan for a minimum of one year

You have to shift in SASk and after one year he can able to apply for Close Relative benefit.

I'm talking about the 67 points.. My brother needs 5 points in this when creating the EE profile.
For the second step which is the 100 points system of Saskatchewan, he is fine and needs no points.

But nt question is : will this situation create any problems when he applies for SINP EE as his brother lives in another province.
