Need a suggestion for visa with low IELTS score

Hi everyone hope everyone is doing well and i pray you all get your visa on time.

I want to apply for student visa in general category. My study background as following.
12th marks 75% non medical
New Zealand 2 year diploma with 100% marks and certificate of student of the year
Scholarship awarded $8000 in NZ
NZ college certificate for advance English level
My IELTS 6 overall no less than 5.5 ( i tried to reappear but i couldn't make 6 each)

I have pretty much excellent background, just ielts is weak,
I am going to pay my full fee payment and 1 year gic as well.
Actually, my friend got his visa with same band score as i have, so only i am thinking to apply

Can you all share your experiences and suggestions for me?

for your country it is playing role, so it is depending only on VO.
