Sorry, i am not sure about my friends exact timeline. The timeline which i shared before in last page that was one.
I have not receive decision made in ECAS but i have recieve decision made here

When i enter all my info here it shows me decision made. I have heard before that ECAS always updated late. So maybe this link is showing updated information faster.
