How much time does it take for PPR for NVDOs? 20th month has started, file is all good. As a general viewpoint, is this is a normal wait or NVDO take this much of time when the official site shows 16 months for Federal only process??????

My medicals would expire at the end of January and I have received Re medical notifications on 25th January. I had already paid RPRF fee back in 2017 but received a request for it on 11th January then I have uploaded the payment receipt again. Also got pre-arrival services request on 29th September, 2018. Can someone let me know how long it will take for the PPR.
