Yes.

I am not sure why but since my medical passed status, I see no actions from them.

My status says:
Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

So, not sure what and when to expect.

Please suggest someone if can help when I will be getting next step?

My wife's Cardiac Investigations has happened on Saturday. Everything is fine. The reason was that in the first medical's X-ray report the size of the heart is bigger. So they got suspicious and instructed for further investigations.
So status has not changed now.

Best of luck and it will be good soon. However, I have seen in some cases where applicant's background check also starts no matter medical is being processed.
