I m an outland applicant ,my visa office is ndvo.....I applied for gcms notes twice.....but I m in Canada.....I guess only those who live in Canada can apply for gcms notes.....

You can go for gcms note with these two ways-
1. Ask someone in canada (must be a pr holder) to order gcms notes on your behalf it will cost you 5 Dollar.
2. There are some private firms which can do this on your behalf and will cost you 15 to 25 Dollar.

Ok. Actually my friend is in India and his application is being processed for PR. I am in Canada. I applied for GCMS on his behalf. I am waiting for response from CIC. I applied it on May 11. Lets c how long it takes for CIC to respond. thanks

By Gods grace yesterday i could reach cic call centre agent aftr waiting for 42 mins (from India).. But the guy was so patient and heard everything from me.. N i cud feel that he was feeling bad when I said I am waiting from 2015.But alas he said "as my file is with NDVO he cant access all of it.. But he can see med recieved.. And also he added, he dont see any problem in the file and its just the time.. Ppr shudnot be longer".i dont know whether it was his assumption or he could see it but not telling me.. But watever, the guy atleast redpondr
