ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Guys, any updates?
I filed my OWP application with pre medicals on 27th Jan, reached ND office on 28th Jan, waiting for update.

whats going on with cic...

I applied on 25 nov 2013..for work permit at new delhi..my noc code is 6474. I submited my pcc and medical with application.sice then no upadate.....i sent email to cic but no reply anyone can tell me how much time it will take? Pls reply

I think you can apply from a country to which you have been legally admitted for at least one year. You still have to prove you have strong ties and will not overstay in Canada.
