me n my spouse dep. appl. online and had long delayed because of strike, but now medical done and got approval email last week so in few days we get stamping request for delhi and thats it...
most probably in march we may fly
we had job in winnipeg @ manitoba (2nd ranked city).
if u have WP than u need to go your work place city, employer may arrange your accomodation, traveling, insurence, health & safety etc. plz confirm everything with your employer before flyig

However didn't hear any reply from them
I don't know how much time it will take

Hi to all of my forum members, nice to see you after long time...i request all of you to give ur valuable suggestion in this case
one of my friend was refused visa at 1st attempt-Reason of DOUBT ABOUT GENUINE LMO .
He applied again with strong supporting documents.Immediately next day he got his Medical Request via email.
but unfortunately , he havent checked that... 2 Months gone, got his passport via VFS, mentioning that APPLICATION REFUSED DUE TO MEDICAL NOT RECEIVED.
All attempts, he applied via VFS.He never expected MR via email.Now his Lmo ALSO EXPIRED.He is on the way on NEW DELHI CONSULATE .plz guys share ur opinions and valuable suggestions in this case to help my friend .He is freezed now

I think he should try to write an email to Cic
And explain the whole story. I don't think
They will consider it . At Least give it a try
I think he should get another LMO
And apply again
