hai i am already in canada under WP. now i got LMO for my friend as a cook. he is preparing his application, my agent just told me my friend need to do IELTS and submit his certificate, but i checked CIC india website i cant find any answer, since you are all applied WP SO DO YOU TAKE ielts exam. plz reply he is going to apply on wednesday, thanks. all the very best for dream to canada.thanks,

I think there is no need for IELTS esp.if ur apply from India.I have some friends gone canada under same category ,But without IELTS.so IMHO Ielts is not required.All the best for your friend.FYI, i too applied under same category,but refused visa later under some reasons..May re-apply soon with rectifications.Any other queries,feel free to contact me ....
Mine is 1 yr 4 months ..... they have done some consulting today and have not asked for any pediatric report .. what u suggest .. can i call the hospital tomorrow ?
Pediatrician report was asked by CIC and not by the consulting physician. Once the report is sent to CIC, they may or may not demand for a pediatrician report. In my case it was demanded. It may not be demanded in your case. So you have to wait for it.

Should i file my application in the country of residence (middle east) or can i apply from India?
