Client id is assigned to you when you first get your WP, AFAIK if you are a new applicant, you will not be having a client id.

No documents needs to be uploaded for the enquiry.

Coz if it is your first time dealing with cic
You won't have a case no
It is applicable for all applications

And in reply I recieved 2 emails
One was from delhi @ international
And another was one was from
Some female name @ international

I think u should get some positive news in this week or next week. Wait until next weekend. Anyhow on Delhi cic site it is not showing Diwali holiday. So just wait till next weekend u will hear some good news. Best of luck.
