I am having a problem to obtain my NBPNP nomination.
The EE profile on which I got the NBPNP ITA was about to expire when I sent the application.
So I withdrew it and created a new one, and sent the new EE profile number and Job seeker validation code altogether with the application.
Meanwhile I got EE ITA on the new EE profile (before getting NBPNP nomination).
NBPNP mailed me to say the codes I gave are invalid. I replied with the new EE profile codes.
Again they say codes are invalid, and ask to create a new EE profile (which I won't do since my Federal EE application is being processed on it).
Can anyone please advise me?

1st EE profile :
16 May 2016 : Express Entry profile effective date
22 Mar 2017 : NBPNP ITA 01 May 2017 : Express Entry profile withdrawn 05 May 2017 : NBPNP AOR 16 May 2017 : Express Entry client expiry date
2nd EE profile :
02 May 2017 : Express Entry profile effective date 09 Aug 2017 : EE ITA
06 Oct 2017 : EE AOR 02 May 2018 : Express Entry client expiry date
So, you got an ITA from EE. What else do you need from the NB guys? Write them an email saying that you're already happy and thank them for cooperation.

We submitted my application to NBPNP last week after getting an ITA from them.
Unfortunately, we got an email from the visa officer asking for original letters reference for the NOC codes that we had put in the application.
We believe that we sent enough documentation in our application like paystub, affidavit from colleague, promotion letter etc.
It is difficult to get letters of reference from the company as I am still working in that company for the last 10 years and if I ask them, they would get suspicious and think that I am leaving the company immediately and this might affect me .
I am at my wits end as to what to do. I work in the USA, and I have visa petitions that spell out my work duties etc.
Anybody knows if these visa petitions would help me?
