I got my nomination again, and open a new EE profile and ITA .
I am going to submit my documents one more time, since I can ask refund of my money (from my previous application), should I pay again for this new application ?
What must be my approach in this issue ?

You open a new EE, then send the details to NB office. They will issue a new certificate and send it to CIC.
