Number of Days since AOR received: 237 days.
No ADR or any Update until today from them.

Can anyone advise, what should I do, what if, I write an email to NBPNP (immigration@gnb.ca) to follow up on my case.

you will be getting it through an email which you had given while applying. Keep checking your junkmail too.
