You should apply. NSPNP has quota of 350 and already 70+ nomination given for January applicants. May candidates are too far
thanks Sanjeev31aug

Hello Sanjeev31aug,
I really appreciate your response.
I am wondering if my nova scotia application will be considered under processing? I sent it on May 20th and haven't recieved any response or acknowledgement yet.
In the nbpnp application guide, it says that an applicant is not eligible to apply if an applicantion is under processing in other canadian immigration program.
What should I do? Can I still apply under nbpnp?
Please advise.
I'm at 79 points, hoping to be invited this time.

Your Application for NSPNP will only be assumed under process if they send you AOR and ask give you some kind of File number or anything.
Till then you can apply to any other Province , even I sent my application in this month only for NSPNP but I will apply to NBPNP as well.

You stand a good chance
Thanks for sharing the useful information Sanjeev31aug
In Sec-6 of nbpnp application form, they have asked to disclose the information about Previous Immigration Applications. Do we have to disclose about the nova scotia pnp application regardless of final decision?
What are your thoughts on this?
Please share.
How long do you think it will take for nb to nominate anyone thru EE?
It should be faster with the new sistem in place? I have read it used to take about 6 months..

No we don't have to disclose anything until and unless your file for any province is being processed.
