Yesterday we received ITA from CIC (CRS 422), now we have to submit the paperwork within 90 days in order to get our passports stamped. We assume that there is no need to wait for NB nomination confirmation but proceed with the paperwork for CIC.
Any suggestions or tips would be very helpful

No, you don't need any nomination. You are free to land in any province you desire. just upload the required docs and submit your application

- i must submit my and my wife secondary and post secondary diploma and transcript right?

Submit the highest completed certificate. You can't wait a year

It would be better to get a fresh one, if it is hard then support it with a current pay slip and/or to whom it may concern letter

you are required to only submit the current passport copies with copies for each page stamped! no need for empty pages. They don't need your old passports.
