I guess provinces are being smart about giving nominations. It's not a deal breaker but they'll have different considerations from an applicant with various open provincial applications vs an applicant who applied to just one province.
it's a competition over labor force rather than smartness

NBPNP will not ask you to withdraw your OINP application. If there is a question whether you have applied for other PNPs then you need to provide a truthful answer.
If you are invited to apply for NBPNP you have to apply with required documents within that time period and for sure it is not 2 years.
it says on their portal that you can submit your EOI any time given that:
- you lived and worked in NB for at least 1 year
- you studied in NB for at least 1 year
-
you attended an info session in the past 2 years
if else, what is the time they give to apply?

I misunderstood your question. I was talking about applying for their nomination once they accept your EOI.

so that means, if I understand correctly, if the officer said I shouldn't apply as of now since I have a file with OINP (and only if), I can just sit on my EOI to see whether OINP is unsuccessful I can use NBPNP as plan B? or they expect candidates to apply immediately after the session? so in other words: do they give you a deadline to submit the complete application?
dear friends , do you know what they will ask in the information session? Is this about job interview? and is this session in english or french?
Is there any info on the information session to be held in India later this year??
hi can someone pls tell me is it a 100% surety to get nominated by NB if we attend the Info session and if we qualify the minimum point criteria.?
