Anyone please explain what it means
"EOI process to applicants who have attended an information session in the previous 24 months (since September 1, 2015)"
 
Is this predominantly for french speaking applicants ? or for every one who has eligible criteria .
 
I have got an EE score of 405 and work experience of 5 years under NOC 2171 . I would like to know if i am eligible to sent an EOI for NBPNP right now.
