Urgent Help Needed
I have filled NNAS Form and have also made the payment. I received email saying "Transaction Approved". However, my NNAS account is still showing the "Following portion need to be completed.... Part F: Payment" and Payment portion is still displaying "Cost Order $650". I confirmed from my bank and they said that the transaction was successful. I haven't received access to forms. Please Help. What should I do!
Hello everyone
I have a query. Is is necessary to provide ielts(Passing Language Score) result before getting advisory report? Under required documents list "Passing Language Score" is listed.
Thanks for support.

Hi Faraz
Wait for a day, sometimes it takes a day to process your transactions. Mean while you can also raise your query within your NNAS application under Contact Us!.
Hope everything will be fine.

Thank you for responding. I have raised query but still very tensed I have already made the payment and have received email confirmation as well as confirmation from my bank. Do you have any idea that how long they take to respond on query? or should I make a call? I am getting worried.

They usually take 2 to 4 working days to reply. Check conversations on your NNAS application. Recently i raised a query and the reply i got is this.
"Response
Dear Applicant Thank you for contacting NNAS. If you have any further concerns please feel free to call 1-855-977-1898 Regards, NNAS Customer Care"

Have you send them an email or made a call? You are waiting since last 10 months to get the report? I would suggest to call them and inquire about status of your assessment.

Hi, just want some advice... I'm a RN from Philippines where I graduated as BSN (4year course) last 2011 and worked as an ICU nurse for 1 year ( 2012-2013). I'm currently here at Ontario as a Live-in caregiver. Will apply for assessment through NNAS but I don't know if I should file for both RN and RPN assessment. Is it advisable to file for just one? if yes, which should I do first? Thanks!

You can apply for both simultaneously as well. If you just submit for one and get an advisory report which is unfavorable than you have to go through entire process again for second category. So you can start with one and can add second group on your dashboard so both of them can be processed together.
