Hi I didn't send double forms for LPN and RN. I just sent one form to each of the required places for both RN and LPN and mine have been accepted for both as they written Ready for Evaluation. So Im not sure about sending two lots of forms.

I see... however, I'm fulfilling CARNA's requirement. I'm in Calgary Alberta. I also have my NCLEX already so I'm not sure what would they require me after completing everything. Papers from Pi just takes a while to complete. ???
Hi there, im new to this forum, we have somewhat in the same situation. My last nsg experience is past 5 yrs already and i have my nclex too. I already have my nnas advisory report and still working on taking ielts to proceed CARNa. Im just wondering if you have any idea what will the possible verdict of CARNA on this, since im not in nsg for the past 5 yrs?
THANK U mc_geh for the reply... i think therz some problem with my nnas account.. i clicked and it displays only my id no etc etc... nothing i could really view. confused and worried wht to do.. already made an request to nnas support services no reply yet..

Yes..they are individualized forms based on your input.

Thanks canada11.... i mailed nnas regarding my status ... they said now it is visible in my account... i checked it.. i found it... i have few queries..
is it necessary to complete the details in our nnas account?...
whom shall need to be contacted to fill up the employment form.. is it HR or supervisor... because in the account they asked about the details of the supervisor..... but am thinking get filled up from the HR manager.. is it okay?
What do you mean by COMPLETE THE DETAILS ? You need to fill up all the fields in the form.
Well, I used supervisor, but I think HR would also work because what if supervisor has resigned in the previous company , then HR is the only option. For the current employment , I guess there is no harm in asking NNAS for that
