As per SSC Certificate my wife name is Shakila yesmin and her mother [my mother in laws] name is Jaheda Samad.
BUT as per Birth certificate, National Id and passport, she is as Sakila yesmin and her mother [my mother in laws] name is Jaheda Begum which we have inadvertently done.
More over we have done our two children's passports as THEIR Birth certificates, WHERE their mother name is Sakila Yesmin instead of Shakila Yesmin.
My Passport also shows my spouse name Sakila Yesmin instead of Shakila Yesmin,
In fact it is all about a "H" matter.
I am Principal Applicant and my wife is my dependent.
1. She sat for IELTS and may i get points from her. Then should i tell the truth to CIC?
2. Are dependent education papers necessary for submission to CIC?
3. Say, we get PR, Will there be any problem if she wants to get higher education in canada or wants to deploy for any job.
4. What we do about her [my mother in laws] mother name?
