name format difference in Degree certificate and travel document

Hi All,

I have a name format difference in my degree certificate (IND, mumbai, BE) and my passport

My degree certificate reads as LASTNAME FIRSTNAME FATHER'SFIRSTNAME while my travel document reads as FIRSTNAME LASTNAME.

My WES evaluation now as a result of degree certificate has my name in the format - LASTNAME FIRSTNAME FATHER'SFIRSTNAME

Will this create an issue ? Will a same name affidavit be enough or is there any other procedure ?

Please advise.

I think affidavit would be enough.
Is there any other way to connect your travel doc with the degree cert? (ex: National ID number)

Hi CanadaSweetDreams,

We generally dont have a national ID number associated with degree certificate. However, in my college transcripts, I have this format explained (each section of my name is marked as first last and middle). I can include a copy of that page along with 'same name affidavit'
