As I have to fill my federal file I have a concern about my name as my full name is Jaswant Singh I do not have any last name as per the Immigration documents (my work permit, my passport I have only given name Jaswant Singh) but other documents like my working documents, my college documents there is my first name is as Jaswant and the last name is as Singh,
In the file I need to fill both fields my first name as well as my last name, so either I can put my name as first name Jaswant and last name as Singh or I can put my first name as Jaswant Singh and my last name also as Jaswant Singh.
But I have a doubt about the second option as first name Jaswant Singh and last name Jaswant Singh , I do not want my name on the final documents as Jaswant Singh Jaswant Singh, as I saw a case before a work permit was issued to my friend same like that (Pardeep Kaur Pardeep Kaur )
I am totally confused what do I have to do?
