Name change question

Hi, so over the years I have had many aliases due to using fathers last name. It’s all submitted to CIC accordingly when applying for PR (CEC).

Right now on PR card:

First Name: John Doe(Name on birth cert)
Last: Smith (fathers name)

So one of my aliases has Doe as middle name. I forgot what exactly I put in the application for me to get the currrent name on PR card, but I do want “Doe” as a middle name because Doe has been mostly left out in my school diplomas. Is this possible?
