I came to Canada as refugee and My family name in passport has my husband name as EP ——-, my notice of decision came out in my name without my husband name with it. My driving license and health card also the same. When I got my copr, it came out with my husband’s name with my family name. i sent request to change it but didn’t get any answer and also my PR card came with my husband’s name. Is there a way to change it?
