Name change on new passport after ITA

Hi all,

Please I need you guys help regarding my situation:

My wife is the principal applicant. EE profile was created with her maiden name as that was the name on her passport as at the time. ITA was received in May.

She collected a new passport after ITA, which was issued in her new family name.

These are my questions:
- Can she change her name on the e-APR without any risk of misrepresentation?

If yes to the above, is an LOE needed?

Or should she decline the ITA?

Don't know the specifics here but definitely don't decline the ITA, you will have a marriage certificate and if you send in an LOE and attach the certificate it's 100% not misrepresentation
