Name change in PR Application

When I submitted my EE application I used the company's new name for my work experience instead of the new name of the company, I was actually still employed there during the name change for a while. In the referral letter for my PR application, they noted I was employed at the old name and stated now new name. If I use the old name for my PR application noting the new name is on my EE application which was approved will this cause any issues?
